DISTRICTS HAZARA ELECTION COMMISSION (2021)

Secure Vision was tasked with enhancing the security and integrity of the electoral process for the Hazara Election Commission in 2021. Our team designed and implemented a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system tailored specifically to the needs of election security. This system included high-definition cameras installed at strategic locations within and around polling stations to monitor voter turnout, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure a secure environment for voters and staff. Real-time monitoring capabilities were integrated into the district’s security command center, allowing for immediate response and intervention when necessary. Additionally, Secure Vision provided training for the commission's security personnel on system operation and emergency response protocols, ensuring that the staff was fully prepared to handle the technology and any potential security threats.

ELECTION COMMISSION OF HAZARA

For the Election Commission of Hazara, Secure Vision extended its services beyond individual polling stations to encompass entire administrative regions. This project involved a large-scale deployment of CCTV systems across all major governmental and electoral buildings throughout Hazara. Each location was equipped with multiple surveillance cameras that offered both wideangle and zoomed views to cover large areas and capture fine details as needed. The installation included advanced features such as facial recognition technology, vehicle number plate recognition, and motion-triggered alerts, which were all linked to a centralized monitoring system. This setup not only enhanced security but also provided valuable data analytics capabilities, allowing election officials to better manage and safeguard the electoral environment.

ALL COMMISSION ELECTION (2024)

In preparation for the all-commission election in 2024, Secure Vision undertook a significant project to overhaul and upgrade the existing security infrastructure. This project was aimed at establishing a foolproof security network across multiple electoral commissions, focusing on both cyber and physical security elements. The implementation included the latest surveillance technologies, such as 4K resolution cameras, biometric access systems, and cybersecurity defenses for electronic voting systems. Our team worked closely with electoral officials to customize the security measures to fit the specific risks and vulnerabilities of the election scenario. Comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans were also developed to ensure that election operations could continue smoothly in the event of any security breach or system failure.
